Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications
- Develop novel error-correction protocols to enhance qubit stability and computational fidelity
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum processors targeting 2026 scalability milestones
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum machine learning and quantum neural networks
- Publish groundbreaking findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum literacy initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development and quantum circuit optimization
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance simulation tools
- Demonstrated track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and classical-quantum hybrid systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
