Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms targeting 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead quantum error correction research for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Author breakthrough research for Nature/Science journals and IEEE conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional AI/quantum integration teams
- Secure patents and IP for proprietary quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development (Qiskit/Cirq experience)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences/journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
