Responsibilities

- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants through strategic proposal development

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, QIP, and quantum error correction protocols
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical HPC frameworks
- Track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent top-tier venues
- Experience securing government or corporate quantum research funding
