Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms for practical applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum error correction research
- Develop novel quantum hardware architectures with 100+ qubit stability
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE conferences
- Collaborate with industry partners to commercialize quantum solutions
- Mentor junior researchers and supervise PhD candidates
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Experience with superconducting qubit fabrication
- Track record of securing research grants or venture funding
