Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubits or ion-trap systems
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals (e.g., PRL, Quantum)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Proven ability to translate theoretical models into experimental implementations
- Security clearance eligibility for DoD/NASA projects
