Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop novel quantum error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into executable code
- Lead open-source contributions to quantum programming frameworks
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in top-tier journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong publication record in quantum information science
- Experience with quantum simulation tools and cloud quantum platforms
