Responsibilities

- Identify emerging quantum threats and design cryptographic mitigation strategies
- Present quantum computing insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for quantum projects with measurable ROI targets
- Drive adoption of quantum machine learning frameworks in enterprise solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial quantum application development
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and hardware-software co-design
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy in emerging technologies
- Strong understanding of quantum security protocols and post-quantum cryptography
