Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Develop cryogenic infrastructure solutions for quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams across quantum physics and engineering disciplines
- Create implementation roadmaps for 2026 quantum network deployment
- Ensure compliance with NIST quantum security standards
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum hardware architecture (superconducting/ion trap)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and sub-Kelvin environments
- Strong background in quantum error correction codes (surface/colour codes)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
