Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical infrastructure supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Design quantum-safe cryptographic protocols for 2026-era threat landscape
- Lead implementation of distributed quantum networks across 5 US data centers
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid workflows for AI/ML acceleration
- Establish quantum security compliance frameworks for NIST 2.0 standards
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum integration best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Deep knowledge of quantum-safe cryptography (NIST PQC standards)
- Experience with hybrid quantum-classical cloud platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, AWS Braket)
- Published research in quantum networking or distributed quantum systems
- Certification in quantum security (e.g., Qiskit, D-Wave certification)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Qiskit)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
