Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-classical hybrid computing systems with fault-tolerant designs
- Lead integration of cryogenic processors with high-performance classical networks
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale deployments
- Optimize quantum circuit compilation for next-gen hardware (2026 roadmap)
- Collaborate with AI teams to implement quantum machine learning frameworks
- Drive quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography transitions
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum-native development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (MS + 5 years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction algorithms
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proven track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
- Knowledge of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQ competition)
