Responsibilities
- Architect Solutions: Design and implement scalable quantum neural networks capable of processing complex, high-dimensional datasets.
- Research & Development: Investigate novel algorithms that bridge the gap between quantum error correction and machine learning inference.
- Hardware Optimization: Tailor software models to leverage the unique topological properties of emerging 2026-era quantum hardware.
- Pilot Programs: Lead the deployment of quantum-enhanced AI pilots in real-world financial and logistics applications.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of innovation and precision.
- Publication: Author and present research findings at leading global conferences (NeurIPS, QIP).
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on quantum mechanics.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in quantum computing (using Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane) and machine learning.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and tensor calculus; proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Research Track Record: A proven history of publishing in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier AI conferences.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate theoretical research into practical, commercially viable product features.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for technical presentations and stakeholder management.
