Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for commercial applications and data analysis.
- Oversee the seamless integration of quantum processors with classical cloud infrastructure and hybrid systems.
- Lead the technical architecture for our proprietary quantum computing platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Conduct in-depth research on quantum error correction, noise mitigation, and achieving quantum supremacy.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define technical roadmaps and deliver future-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics with a strong focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Proven experience with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native development environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of qubit architectures, superconducting circuits, and quantum error correction.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- 3+ years of experience in high-performance computing, systems architecture, or software development.
