As part of our Innovation Nexus team, you'll leverage next-gen biometric sensors and quantum algorithms to map user cognition patterns. You'll collaborate with neuro-engineers and AI ethicists to develop ethical frameworks for subconscious data utilization, ensuring our 2026 product portfolio exceeds industry standards for user-centric innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum UX experiments using brain-computer interface technologies
- Analyze neural data patterns to predict user behavior trends across emerging platforms
- Develop subconscious interaction models for AR/VR and holographic interfaces
- Create predictive user journey maps integrating biometric and quantum computing insights
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with neuroscience and AI development teams
- Establish ethical guidelines for subconscious data collection and utilization
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders using quantum visualization tools
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Human-Computer Interaction, or Quantum Psychology
- 5+ years experience with biometric UX research (EEG, fNIRS, eye-tracking)
- Proficiency in quantum computing interfaces (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum machine learning
- Portfolio demonstrating subconscious interaction design projects
- Published research in IEEE Transactions on Affective Computing or Nature Human Behaviour
- Certification in Quantum Ethics and Neuro-Data Privacy
- Experience with AR/VR development frameworks (Unity/Unreal Engine)
- Strong background in predictive modeling and statistical analysis
