Responsibilities
- Design and execute neuro-UX studies using fNIRS and EEG integration for quantum interface validation
- Develop predictive behavioral models using quantum computing algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional sprints with AI developers and neuro-engineers to prototype brain-compliant interfaces
- Create biometric-driven design systems adapting to real-time cognitive states
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Human Behaviour and IEEE journals
- Mentor a team of neuro-UX specialists in our Austin innovation lab
- Establish ethical frameworks for quantum-assisted user experiences
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Human-Computer Interaction, or Quantum Psychology
- 5+ years in advanced UX research with quantum computing or neurotech exposure
- Expertise in fNIRS/EEG data analysis and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating brain-compliant interface designs for 2026+ platforms
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on human-quantum interaction
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and biometric SDKs
- Experience with ISO 62366:2026 medical device UX standards
- Certification in Quantum UX Design (QXD) from INQ Academy
