Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision using RF scanners
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records through digital systems (remote-friendly)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members via virtual tools for operational planning
- Support warehouse optimization initiatives through data analysis
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management software (remote-friendly)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with inventory management systems preferred
