Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory control systems using remote inventory management software
- Maintain accurate digital records of warehouse operations via our remote tracking platform
- Collaborate with logistics team through virtual meetings while maintaining on-site coordination
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols
- Participate in hybrid safety training sessions and remote performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Proficiency in using digital inventory management systems remotely
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
- Basic computer skills for remote reporting and communication
- Flexible schedule availability including occasional weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
