Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload trailers using pallet jacks and electric carts
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts via remote tablet reporting
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with remote logistics team for optimized workflow
- Train on new automation technologies (remote onboarding available)
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer skills for remote reporting systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to distribution center
- Pass pre-employment background check & drug screen
