Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely
- Perform warehouse inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily, reporting maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow efficiency
- Document operations using digital inventory management systems (remote-friendly)
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with digital inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation to Saint Paul facility
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends when needed
