Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load/unload shipments efficiently
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our remote-friendly digital systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms for scheduling and coordination
- Optimize warehouse layouts to maximize storage and workflow efficiency
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to work independently with remote administrative tasks
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management skills
- Physical stamina for standing/lifting up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
