Responsibilities
- Safely receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Coordinate with remote team for inventory tracking via WMS systems
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for same-day shipping
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory records
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with remote supervisors via digital communication tools
- Implement lean practices to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience
- OSHA forklift certification required
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail with data entry experience
- Reliable internet for remote administrative tasks
- Forklift safety training certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
