Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and distribution processes
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely
- Inspect and maintain material handling equipment
- Coordinate with logistics teams for efficient shipping/receiving
- Document inventory transactions using warehouse management systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and WMS software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Remote work capability with reliable internet connection
