Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and record incoming shipments using inventory management systems
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations following FIFO protocols
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment, including packing, labeling, and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
