Responsibilities
- Pack and ship orders with meticulous accuracy using our digital packing system
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, scanners) safely
- Maintain organized inventory records using our cloud-based platform
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools
- Optimize packing processes to reduce material waste
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews via video conference
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for digital packing systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
