Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using our proprietary inventory management system
- Operate packaging equipment (box sealers, label printers) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor
- Maintain organized packing stations and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools for real-time updates
- Process returns and damaged goods following company guidelines
- Track inventory levels and participate in cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 6 months experience in warehouse operations or order fulfillment
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and digital communication platforms
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
- Valid government-issued photo ID for background verification
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
