Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality control before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory records and stock levels
- Collaborate with team to meet daily/weekly shipping targets
- Operate packing equipment (e.g., tape dispensers, scales) safely
- Report inventory discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
- Adhere to safety protocols and company packing standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for occasional local deliveries)
- Reliable transportation to Oakland facility
- COVID-19 vaccination required for in-person shifts
