Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment using company protocols and quality standards

- Collaborate with team leads via virtual platforms to resolve order discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records of packing activities and inventory counts
- Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickup scheduling and documentation
- Participate in monthly virtual safety training and process improvement meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Proficient in digital inventory management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during on-site shifts
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in order processing
- Reliable high-speed internet for remote work components
- Valid driver's license for occasional warehouse transport duties
- Basic knowledge of shipping regulations and packaging materials
