- Pick, pack, and verify orders with 99.9% accuracy using our digital inventory system
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms for real-time order updates
- Maintain organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for packing processes
- Support inventory reconciliation and cycle count activities
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding order status and issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn digital tools
- Reliable internet access for remote coordination tasks
