Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99.9% accuracy using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Operate packaging machinery and safely handle materials up to 50 lbs
- Maintain organized inventory and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficiency in using handheld scanners and basic inventory software
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error packing standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and drug screening
