Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, label printers) safely and efficiently
- Update inventory records and maintain organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work environment
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to New Orleans facility (2-3 days/week)
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Background check and drug screen required
