Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with meticulous attention to detail
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyor systems) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity before shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license (for local route support if needed)
- Reliable transportation to Fort Wayne facility
