Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack perishable/non-perishable orders using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in a temperature-controlled environment
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Valid driver's license (for occasional local deliveries)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in remote-friendly settings
