Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using our warehouse management system
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation remotely via tablet interface
- Coordinate with remote team leads for daily workflow optimization
- Maintain organized workspaces and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation through remote portals
- Participate in quarterly physical inventory audits at Austin facility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with remote work software (Slack, Zoom, WMS)
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean background check
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
