Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with digital tools
- Collaborate with remote supervisors via video conferencing for daily briefings
- Maintain accurate digital records using our cloud-based platform
- Participate in virtual safety training sessions quarterly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Stable home internet for remote work components
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Excellent time management and self-motivation skills
