Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and digital pick lists
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely per OSHA standards
- Perform quality control checks on perishable goods before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory zones and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with remote supervisors via digital communication platforms
- Adhere to HACCP protocols for food-grade handling
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Proficient with handheld scanning devices and basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage facility (remote scheduling available)
