Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts with zero tolerance for errors
- Collaborate with remote team leads via digital communication tools for order prioritization
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards in all daily operations
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
- Support cross-functional teams during peak season surges
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Proficient with RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with 99.5% order accuracy in previous roles
- Reliable transportation to San Antonio facility (2 days/week minimum)
- Basic computer literacy and digital communication skills
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided)
