Responsibilities
- Coordinate inventory movements and warehouse operations via digital platforms
- Monitor stock levels using WMS software and automated tracking systems
- Process shipping/receiving documentation electronically
- Collaborate with warehouse teams through virtual communication tools
- Conduct cycle counts and reconciliation remotely
- Optimize material flow using digital scheduling tools
- Maintain accurate digital records of inventory transactions
- Report operational metrics through dashboards and reporting systems
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and digital collaboration skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally (for site visits)
- High-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
