Responsibilities
- Coordinate inventory movements between warehouse facilities and client sites using our proprietary logistics platform
- Conduct physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies through real-time digital reporting
- Optimize material handling routes using route optimization software to minimize transit time
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records and documentation in our cloud-based system
- Collaborate with remote team members to resolve inventory discrepancies and operational bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during material handling operations
- Train on new logistics technologies and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or inventory management operations
- Proficiency with digital inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local site visits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for digital record-keeping
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Experience with route optimization software preferred
