Responsibilities
- Precisely pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment (tape guns, scales, box cutters) safely and efficiently
- Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to warehouse management
- Maintain clean and organized workspace to ensure optimal productivity
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines
- Utilize inventory management software to track order status and updates
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Participate in periodic training on new packing techniques and technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
