Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal products according to order specifications and quality standards
- Scan and label packages for shipment tracking and inventory management
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging
- Maintain organized packing station and inventory records
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets
- Follow safety protocols for handling materials and equipment
- Report inventory discrepancies and process returns as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use packing software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
