Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship e-commerce orders using our proprietary digital fulfillment system
- Conduct quality control checks on products before packaging
- Generate and print shipping labels through our cloud-based portal
- Update inventory status in real-time through our mobile app
- Communicate shipment tracking to customers via email
- Maintain organized home workspace with company-provided supplies
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Dedicated workspace with climate control and storage capacity
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use mobile applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliable transportation for occasional in-person training in Madison
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
