- Collaborate with remote team leads to resolve fulfillment discrepancies
- Maintain digital records of packed shipments and inventory counts
- Adhere to safety protocols for handling and packaging materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years in warehouse, fulfillment, or remote packing experience
- Proficient with digital tools (inventory software, email, video conferencing)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM)
- Strong communication abilities via phone/video chat
