Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using our proprietary inventory management system
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup from your designated home station
- Conduct quality checks on products before packaging to prevent damage returns
- Maintain detailed packing logs and report inventory discrepancies immediately
- Collaborate with supervisors via video calls for daily briefings and performance reviews
- Adhere to strict packaging standards and sustainability protocols
- Track and report packing metrics to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years in warehousing or order fulfillment
- Proficiency with inventory software and basic computer operations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace (minimum 10x10 ft)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong time-management with ability to meet daily packing quotas
