Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Verify order accuracy and documentation
- Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory of packing supplies
- Collaborate with team to meet shipping deadlines
- Report inventory discrepancies and quality issues
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
- Reliable internet and dedicated home workspace
- Must be able to travel to Tampa facility as needed
