Job Overview:
As a Remote Picker Packer, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and preparing items for shipment. You will use our proprietary online platform to select products and manage packing lists in real-time.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using our web-based portal.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and correct specifications before packaging.
- Label packages correctly according to shipping guidelines and carrier requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, even at home.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics team regarding inventory discrepancies or shipping issues.
- Update order status and ensure timely processing to meet delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM recommended).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be a resident of North Carolina.
