Job Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to manage inventory selection and packaging processes. This role combines the efficiency of remote coordination with the hands-on satisfaction of physical fulfillment work.
Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from warehouse inventory using handheld scanners and pick lists to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely in boxes, crates, or bags using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with correct shipping information, barcodes, and return labels.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, to move stock safely within the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and health regulations.
- Process returns and handle damaged goods according to company SOPs and quality control standards.
- Update inventory logs and digital tracking systems to reflect real-time stock levels.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable home internet connection and workspace setup for remote coordination tasks.
