Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using our proprietary inventory system
- Operate warehouse management software remotely to track order fulfillment
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of packages
- Maintain detailed digital records of inventory counts and transactions
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team leads via virtual meetings to resolve fulfillment issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies in home workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment experience
