Responsibilities
- Manage inventory systems and track stock levels via remote warehouse management software
- Process and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments in real-time
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to optimize warehouse operations
- Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve shipment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records of warehouse transactions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
