Responsibilities
- Verify and process incoming and outgoing customer orders with high accuracy.
- Update and maintain inventory records in our cloud-based warehouse management system.
- Ensure all shipping labels and tracking information are correct and up-to-date.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors regarding order discrepancies.
- Organize and digitize shipping documentation and receipts.
- Perform quality assurance checks to prevent shipping errors.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized digital workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (minimum 35 WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily productivity targets.
