Responsibilities
- Manage and update digital inventory records with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipping documentation and labels.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Input and maintain data within warehouse management systems (WMS) and spreadsheets.
- Communicate regularly with on-site warehouse teams to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the organization of stock locations and audit cycles.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; comprehensive training is provided.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
