Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity
- Maintain organized inventory and update tracking systems in real-time
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Participate in mandatory overtime shifts during peak periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or picker-packer experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- Valid California driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends and overtime)
